Tank Storage Availability in Houston/Rotterdam Ports

We are excited to announce available storage space at our Rotterdam and Houston Tank terminals for
various petroleum products:

D6 Diesel Fuel (200,000,000 Gallons)
A1 Jet Fuel (1,000,000 Barrels)
A1 Jet Fuel (2,000,000 Barrels)
EN 590 10PPM (50,000 Metric Tons)

For pricing inquiries, kindly ask for rates in euros per day at the Rotterdam Port Terminal and dollars per day in
Houston. Our Pricing are Houston: USD70K and EUR65K which is negotiable.

Our facility leasing process is structured around ensuring the availability of storage space. Below is an
overview of the leasing procedure:

our email: info@ponjebv.nl or storage@ponjebv.nl

Procedures:

1. The LESSEE is required to furnish an updated corporate profile/business license and the product specification
sheet agreed upon with the supplier/refinery/exporter. Complete details of the supplier or a commitment
letter from the refinery are also mandatory.

2. All submitted documents must be self-attested by the lessee, as only one Active Tank Storage Agreement (TSA)
and Tank Storage Receipt will be permitted for a specific product and designated refinery/supplier.

3. The LESSOR will issue an Official Invoice along with the final version of the TSA once the Lessee demonstrates a
commitment to payment within a stipulated time.

4. The LESSEE is required to make immediate payment in accordance with the issued Official Invoice.

5. Upon payment, the LESSEE must promptly send an official bank transfer slip/receipt to the LESSOR, confirming
the transaction.

6. After receiving NOR (Notice of Readiness) from the seller/refinery and the injection schedule, the LESSOR will
provide a Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) to the Lessee.

7.Subject to approval from the LESSEE, the LESSOR will initiate communication with the supplier/refinery/exporter,
endorse the injection schedule, and proceed accordingly.

8.Upon the completion of receiving the Petroleum Product (FIRST SPLASH) from the supplier's storage into the
Tanks, the countdown of the number of days the LESSEE Company paid for will commence, marking the days used
for the storage of the petroleum product.
