Again when real buyers/clients or reps with clients come to me and understand following providers procedures then you too can have a SUCCESSFUL CLOSING.

CLOSEDA DEALS !!!!! Clients didn't come with his own procedures or trying to educate provider(which is so disrespectful) he followed and had already did his dd(what real buyers do) on provider as provider did on him..

Buyers that don't want to pay no upfront fees, show they have the money to pay for it and broker fees before receiving a multi million dollar instrument is just crazy.....crazy!!!!!
