a new forum which is the newly inaugurated World Debt Recovery
committee (WDRC). My committee has a mandate to recover unpaid debts
associated with NNPC contracts, Lottery fund, inheritance fund, loans
and grants etc ranging from $1M-$95.5M owed to various beneficiaries
and companies across the globe (Asia, Europe, USA, Africa, and

Your Urgent Attention Is Needed

My name is James M. Sprague, I am an independent external auditor and funds facilitator; attached to the World Bank handling the Foreign Banks Debt Management Office for all pending transactions in the year 2016 and later. I have in front of me an abandoned transfer request file in your name containing details to an escrow account setup in your favour.

The file shows that you have correctly made an application to have your funds released to you. It is also clearly noted on the file that the beneficiary could not continue to deal with the agent/office who started the process in the last proceedings. Due to this, the funds were pegged and abandoned. As an international independent auditor and funds facilitator, I think it is very absurd to abandon one's funds for this simple reason.

To tell you the truth I do not believe this to be true and my reason is simply because of the irregularities i noticed while compiling the audit report for the end of the financial year. I have direct contact to the bank of dispute that shall settle and have these funds released to you within the next 24hrs. Upon your confirmation I will give you further directives to enable me facilitate the quick release of your funds before the Christmas holidays.
