Seeking a Monetizer for Bank Drafts

We are seeking a real monetizer for a fully cash backed certified bank draft from a Top World Bank in Western Europe.

The procedures that we are seeking are as follows:

1. Provider’s bank sends a banker-to-banker email to the receiving bank stating that are RWA to issue the bank draft with a copy of the bank draft attached.
2. Receiving banker replies back by banker-to-banker email that they are RWA to receive and fund the bank draft.
3. Provider’s bank issues a SWIFT 110
4. Receiver’s bank confirms and authenticates SWIFT 110
5. Provider’s bank delivers bank draft of Bonded Courier to the Receiving Bank
6. Receiving bank remits payment to the Provider’s bank by MT-103 wire transfer within 5- 7 banking days
