How do you know this is a scam? I received the same email from them, but am not sure whether to go ahead with them or not.

Are you a previous customer of them or did you register to receive emails from them?

I'm guessing that the answer to both of those questions will be no. So, at the very least they are spammers and as no legitimate business would spam people, it is very likely that they will scam you in some way.
