According to official records of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, there is no such entity as "Ronald Miass LLC" in Texas. Legitimate businessmen to not claim to run non-existent companies.

I get 2 solid providers. My attorney is working with their attorney. If yo have a Monetizer with proof of funds or a BCL that confirms they can receive an SBLC, I can use the SBLC provider to issue the SBLC to them.

We need the provider to:

1. Agree to issue a SBLC to the Bank Of China for €500 Million; and
2. Allow is to issue a LOI or they can provide a DOA that is completed so we are not signing a blank DOA; and
3. The Provider must issue the MT799 first and Bank Of China will respond with a MT799 BPU; and
4. All parties must a agree to a ATV (Authorization To Verify) all documents; and
5. We need to know the cost of the SBLC ratio.
