I saw that you contacted me about the apartment - 1 room apartment with balcony at Michaelkirchstraße 21 , - Berlin - € 590 - 30 m² is furnished and renovated exactly like in the pictures. Additional costs (hot/cold water, electricity, WLAN, digital TV, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are included in the rental price, you have a parking space.
The rent is 590 EUR / month. The deposit is 1770 EUR and you will get the deposit back when you leave the apartment (please inform me at least 30 days before departure so that I can find a new tenant). Registration is possible on request.
You can be sure that I will never ask you to leave the apartment, I want to rent it out for a long time.
How long do you want to stay?
