Hello

The apartment has a total of two bedrooms , One shared living room
with a guest bed for Visitor, One shared kitchen. You can rent the
room for long term or short term .. my stay here is long term i will
not be moving back any time soon that is the reason why i am renting
out the apartment. Registration at the address is possible

These are my flat pictures, take a look and get back to me as soon as

You can rent a room in the apartment I really want both flatmate
to get along very well, so i intend to rent both rooms to one person
or one room to one person .. when he or she move in . He/She will look
for a tenant of his or her choice, but i can also look for the other
tenant my self if you want

If you like the apartment and you are interested, I'll only need your
details to prepare a lease tenancy contract agreement which will be
send to your mail.. The lease tenancy contract agreement will be sent
already signed by me .. so that the stress will not be much for You ..
You will print, sign and scan it back to me, then you will make the
payment of the caution fee plus the first month rent to my bank
details, after you make the payment . You will come back to me with
the scan copy of the receipt of the payment which stand as a prove of
the payment, and the flat keys will be posted to you immediately
through DHLcourier which you will receive within 48hrs. after i post
it from here.... Your details i will need are

Your full name
Your date of birth
Your phone number
Present address
Permanent address
Address and name to receive the keys
And the moving in and moving out Date
