Yes, we're 100% certain it is a scam. It wouldn't be posted here if it wasn't.

You only have to look at the evidence to see that it is - the domain was registered only 2 months ago - hardly a well established firm is it?

I would suggest that you friend urgently contacts their bank to report the fraud.
