"Peter Bokay" is listed here due to a number of red flags that indicate that he is a scammer.

Firstly, there is his post, which was taken from one of many dodgy LinkedIn groups where scammers post claiming to be offering Bank Instruments amongst other things. I'm sure a businessman such as you claim to be would know that complex bank instruments aren't obtained by randomly posting on social media, but through legitimate banks, who offer them to their clients and don't randomly spam LinkedIn with their offers. The only time that a non-scammer would be posting on such a group would be if they don't have a clue about business or bank instruments (or are desperate having been turned down by their own bank) and are likely to end up being scammed. You obviously know "Peter" well, so you must know whether he is so lacking in business acumen or so desperate that he would be legitimately resorting to making such posts. It is also common for scammers to make posts like the one that "Peter" made, looking to obtain bank instrument documentation as an attempt to get victims who may have a legitimate instrument, to provide documentation for the instrument, so that the scammer can use the stolen documentation to scam other victims.

Then there is "Peter" himself and his profile on LinkedIn, he is using an email address that is on your company's domain, which would indicate that he works for your company. Yet his LinkedIn profile makes no mention of your company, but instead indicates that he is the CEO of a company called "MURAT GROUP (PTY) LTD". "MURAT GROUP (PTY) LTD" has absolutely no web presence at all, with the exception of Peter's LinkedIn profile and post.

There was a time I needed a SBLC to issue to my a Chrome concentrate supplier in Zimbabwe, I posted looking for that thinking I will get a financial organisation to do it for me at a cheaper cost, I had no bad intentions and if you ask people who know SBLC of that amount they will tell you that it's to use for guarantee purpose nothing else.

Please remove me from your list.

Can I just clarify something here.

Why would you post on some random LinkedIn group rather than going to you or your company's bank? Wouldn't that be the sensible thing to do or is it because this is not your area of expertise and you had no idea how to get such instruments and were sucked in to the make believe world of scammers offering them on thse groups?

I was advised by someone that at LinkedIn I will get some institution to raise for me the SBLC at cheap cost, yes I was contacted by some people claiming they can do that for me but later I realised it wasn't making sense then I leave it, I didn't delete the post on LinkedIn because I sometimes spend more weeks without logging in, today I get a shock of my life
