The leased SBLCs from within 200 Bank Ranking can be monetized by Hong Kong Bank. LTV will be proper for both sides. If LTV is offered unreal by the issuers of SBLC, It won't be accepted. The monetizer will issue PGL endorsed by the bank officer as a payment guarantee, not Swift, POF, and BPU.
The amount of the first tranche must be under 10M not higher.
After the first tranche, it can be up to 500M tranche by tranche.
The amount of the second tranche will be negotiated.
