πŸ“œ Stage 1 (A) - Exchange of confidential Data & Agreement πŸ“œ
1. The Seller or The Seller Representative send SCO to the Buyer or the representative of the Buyer.
2. The Buyer issues ICPO along with a BCL. This BCL will be delivered to the Seller.
3. The Seller send Commercial Invoice (CI) for the Buyer
4. The Buyer countersigns CI and submits back to The Seller.
5. The Seller delivers Procurement Agreement (PA) for the Buyer to review, for initiate term agreement.
6. The Buyer finalizes terms and conditions stated on PA
7. The Buyer signs the PA and sends back to The Seller.
8. The Seller sends Partial Proof of Product (PPOP) to the Buyer, which comprising of:
- Authorization to Verify (ATV)
- Injection Report
- Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
- Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (UDTA)
- SGS Report (Less than 48 hrs. old) or the latest one available

πŸ“ NOTE πŸ“
1. The Procurement Agreement is applicable only for a 12-month contract. If it's a spot deal, no Procurement Agreement will be issued.
2. BCL can be submitted either directly to the Seller or the Seller's bank. If submitted directly to the Seller as a document, it must be signed by a minimum of two bank officers, verifiable and less than 30 days old.

πŸ’± Stage 2 (B) - Payment Preparation & Dip-test πŸ’±
1. The Buyer submits Charter Party Agreement (CPA) and Q88.
2. The Buyer further notifies The Seller for the dip-test date & time.
3. The Buyer conducts dip-test in the seller's tanks, and the seller releases the following documents:
- Commitment to supply the product
- Certificate of Origin
- Authorization to Sell & Collect (ATSC)
- Copy of license to export/Approval to export, from ministry of energy.
- Title Transfer Agreement

πŸ’° Stage 3 (C) - Payment, Loading and Finalize 🚒
1. Upon successful and dip-test confirmation result, the buyer immediately makes full payment
of the product via MT103 pursuant to the Commercial Invoice.
2. Upon confirmation of funds available in the Seller's Account, the Seller shall commence the injection to the buyer's vessel.
3. The Seller delivers the title of ownership and all relevant export documents to the Buyer.
4. The Seller completes and delivers any outstanding documentation.

- For continuation of another 12 months (R/E), or term agreement, DLC/SBLC is a pre-requisite, as a guarantee for the transaction.
- Any rolls or extension of the seller's tanks are paid directly by the buyer to the tank owner.
