Please advise if the following website is safe for financial transactions i.e. send or receive money online?

One of my clients advised me to tether this with my corporate bank account in Dubai, UAE so they can send me money through it.

Any help will be highly apprecitated.

The WhoIs for raxa-remit.com shows that it was anonymously registered in November last year, despite the website claiming they have been in business for over 25 years

Looking at the website, the contact details show that it claims to be located in Iceland, but uses a Swedish mobile phone number as it's main contact.
