Upon closing trial monthly order of 2,000,000 Barrels
TTM DIP AND PAY
Commodity Jet A1

1. Buyer issues ICPO, CP and Passport copy plus non sanction tank storage agreement for Houston Port
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice to be signed and returned by buyer over TTM.
3. Houston Financier processes payment for product injection into buyer tanks.
4. Buyer conducts Inspection in their tanks for the completed injection into their tanks on their own expense as per given UDTA.
5. Upon successful inspection in buyer tanks as witnessed by buyer and seller inspector buyer requests FULL POP in hard copy to buyer given address.
6. Buyer receives FULL POP in their name and makes payment via MT103-TT WIRE for the total product injected into buyer tanks.
7. Seller receives payment and settles buyer and seller side commission.
8. Monthly order is scheduled as per signed Commercial invoice and same process of trial procedure.
