Total scam.

First off, if they are based in Ireland (which is not part of the UK) then they can not offer loans anywhere else except Ireland.

Secondly, their phone number is a mobile phone. Legitimate businesses do not use mobile phones as their main point of contact.

Finally, there is the fake domain morrisireland.com, which was only registered a couple of months ago by someone hiding their identity with a proxy service and has no website. Legitimate businesses have long-standing domains, don't hide behind proxy services and have websites, not email only domains.
