Two options:
1. LTN registered on Euroclear or Bloomberg (LTV 45% - year 1st; LTV 35% - year 2-10th).
2. LTN not registered on Euroclear or Bloomberg (LTV 30%).
A 1973 “Z” series LTN are only. No chain of brokers.
Documentation will undergo strict compliance checking relating to the LTN Owner/Controller with BACEN etc.
