I came across this company through a collogue randomly. This company claims to provide project investments without any upfront fees (links of the company are given below). It would be a great deal help and would save a lot of time if anyone here gave a quick response whether this group is capable to provide large scale funds/ investments.

A definite scam.

You only have to look at the amateurish website to know that it is fake. It looks like websites from the 1990s slapping together all the fancy HTML effects they can find. No legitimate bank would have such a poorly designed website.
