We have been around for about 2 years. We are a subsidiary of a marketing and Multimedia company Located in the United Kingdom named Goodlife Promotions which was started form Lagos Nigeria 14 years ago and has now moved its headquarters to the UK.
Goodlife Promotions has been around for 14 years serving Such Clients as Skye bank, now known as Polaris Bank and Eko hotels, Silver Bird amongst others.
The reason I write to you today is to propose a partnership between our two organizations, whereby we work together to achieve the objective of selling or renting out as many properties on the market within a specified period of time. Hence improving the profitability of both organizations.
We truly believe that working together will make both organizations more successful as we lean on each other for support in the areas of information sharing, expertise, reach and marketing as we believe it will allow us to be able to achieve phenomenal results.
This relationship can be achieved in several ways namely,
We find you, buyers, for your properties and get a commission if the sale is successfully completed, while at the same time we may also have properties that we may make known to you, for you to offer them to your list of contacts and clients in the hope one of them might take an interest.
And just like we requested a commission for helping you market and bring us a buyer we too are prepared to do the same, meaning you get a share of our sales if the roles were reversed. Commissions, and vice versa.
