Legitimate companies do not need to make dishonestly presented DCMA takedown requests to try and get information about them removed, they would be able to prove their legitimacy, they also would not end up exposed on numerous anti-scam forums. Their actions just show their desperation to get these posts removed as it is losing them victims.

The claims that these scammers make in the emails that they spam out by email (to email addresses that in some cases, have only ever been used to communicate with other scammers) and post on LinkedIn are totally false. Bank Instruments such as Letters of Credit (LC) or Standby LC (SBLC) are not randomly arranged by companies such as this, they are provided by Banks to existing customers of good standing to cover specific international trade transactions.
